Todd Breumer

CAPT Bruemer is originally from St. Louis, MO and is currently the Commanding Officer of REDCOM in Jacksonville, FL, finishing up a 30 year career.  Todd was a key leader and a two time All-American on the 1996 National semi-final team.  Todd was selected to tour Australia with what was then considered the “Junior National Team”, comprised of All-Americans from the past five years.  He went on to play both All-Navy and Combined Services Rugby.  Todd was also a HS All-American on the St. Louis Druids rugby team that played for a National Championship in 1992.
