I'd like to express our sincere thanks for Aileen Kenney's ('03) commitment over the last 3 years in her role as Vice President of NRAA. She, along with Dan Morris, Joe Rixey, and Ryan Curry established the initial NRAA construct and built many inaugural events and processes. We're grateful for her volunteerism and effort that has brought us to this point. Aileen expressed that she will continue as a part of NRAA and contribute, so she's not going anywhere!
Rachel Nagle ('98), hand-picked by Aileen, will fill Aileen's shoes as the new Vice President. Her role will be to galvanize our team around the strategic priorities and help build our volunteer effort. Expect to hear more from her as we gather momentum on multiple initiatives and efforts.
We STILL need:
- Vice President (Co-Effort with Rachel)
- Social Media Director (Work with Devin Smiley to spread the good word)
- Events Chair (Someone who can energize & geo-locate ruggers to establish local events around Navy Rugby)
- Coaches Fund Director (Lead the effort to enhance giving that helps enhance/maintain a world-class rugby program staff)
