Stephen Leaman is originally from Waynesboro, PA and served as a Surface Warfare Officer.  Stephen now owns his own consulting business.  After playing football at Navy, Stephen began his rugby playing career with the Memphis Rugby Club and later was a referee for 20 years as well as a member of the National Referee Committee.  Stephen has been a staunch supporter of Navy Rugby and was a catalyst in helping the program gain Varsity status.  Additionally, he started the USNA Alumni Mentorship Program that has benefited hundreds of former rugby players.
