  • Outstanding Player

Born and raised in West Covina, California, Daryl “Chenner” Chen perished on a solo training flight in Mississippi, on July 9th, 1982. After playing Sprint Football and running Track as a Plebe, Daryl found his way to the Rugby pitch as a Youngster and immediately established himself as a force to be reckoned with at left wing on the Hall of Fame 1980 team. As a member the dynamic duo known as “Mr Fast and Mr Faster,” he was a key piece of the magic that took that team to the Collegiate Rugby final four, where they lost a close contest to the University of California Berkley, the team that went on to win the National Championship.
