Bart Randall

Originally from Houston TX, RADM Bart Randall currently serves as the Director for Special Operations and Irregular Warfare on the Joint Staff. As an active duty Navy SEAL, he has served on both East and West coast SEAL Teams and in several Joint Special Operations units. Bart was a 3 year starter on the Navy Rugby team, a member of the Navy Rugby 1994 Hall of Fame team, a competitor in the collegiate rugby D1 national finals and captain of the 1995 team. While stationed overseas or deployed, he played rugby in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and East Asia. He has played rugby at every duty station he has been assigned since commissioning. Throughout his career, he was selected for several territorial All-Star, All Navy and Combined Services teams. Bart continues to play for both the Old Breed and Alexandria Roosters rugby clubs.
